About This Dog for Adoption

Aurora's ideal home

Aurora is a beautiful girlie who is currently living off site in a foster home. She loves to get out and about on her walkies and loves to say hello to everyone she meets, both two and four legged! Aurora could live with any age children and another dog following a meeting here at the centre. She is looking for a family that can help continue her training in areas such as lead walking (as she can be quite strong when excited) and will need someone able to be home with her most of the time as really struggles spending time home alone and can become distressed. She is housetrained however might need a refresh as she settles into her forever home. She loves food especially chews and doggy peanut butter is her favourite. She isn't too interested in toys and much prefers affection from her carers. Aurora isn't a big fan of car travel, so will need some help with this but once she's in she will settle and relax. Aurora does like to chase things like birds and squirrels! She is learning lots of new things like "wait" and "leave", she is very clever and is eager to please!

Could you be Aurora's perfect match?

Aurora has got some ongoing medical needs which we would be happy to discuss with any potential adopters. Her new family will need to be understanding that this will incur costs in the future that will need to be self funded. She is a truly lovely girlie who has so much love to give!
