About This Dog for Adoption

Marley's ideal home

Marley is a confident, excitable, and endlessly playful 5-month-old pup who’s full of life and looking for a home that can keep up with his energy and enthusiasm. He’s a real social butterfly who loves meeting new people and other dogs, always ready for a game or an adventure. As he’s still very young, Marley is at the beginning of his training journey and will need patient, positive guidance to help him grow into a well-rounded adult dog. He has shown some resource guarding around food, so will need experienced, understanding owners who can manage this appropriately. Marley can live with another (neutered) dog and children aged 16+, in a home committed to his needs.

Could you be Marley's perfect match?

If you’re ready to take on the joys and challenges of a high-energy young dog, Marley could be your perfect match. He absolutely loves toys—especially a good game of tug—and will thrive in a home that can offer him plenty of play, enrichment, and structure. He cannot be left alone for long periods and will need time and consistency to build up to being left gradually. Marley also needs ongoing basic training, including housetraining, though he’s trying hard to keep his space clean in kennels. A secure garden is a must for this bouncy boy to burn off some steam safely. If you’re ready to invest the time, love, and energy Marley needs, he’ll reward you with a lifetime of fun and affection.
