Please note: we have reduced Arlo to find the right home. 

Meet Arlo! He’s the most gentle loving giant. Having working line parents, he has boundless energy but being our oldest trained dog to date, he also knows how to chill out. 

In terms of Arlo’s personality, he’s not your usual - loves everyone at first meeting golden. He loves females, retrieving balls & any bit of water he can find. We’re looking for a confident family for Arlo with the patience to allow him time to adjust to his new life & people. 

Arlo has been returned to us after we placed him with a family so we are committed to taking further steps before homing him again. 

He was bred by Thirklebymill Gundogs to work however, he doesn’t fit the bill. We’re looking for a loving pet home for this young man. 

He’s currently undergoing our in house training regime and will be ready to leave us in December.

Hand touch

Walking politely on the lead 

Recall 

Crate & toilet training 

Socialisation & habituation to a variety of smells, sights and sounds 

Appropriate play & retrieves 

Good behaviour indoors 

Good behaviour in public

Please note: A meeting with Arlo must take place prior to any reservation. We do reserve the right to refuse reservation of one of our dogs. We endeavour to find the right home for them.
