About This Dog

Ben's ideal home

This handsome boy is Ben! Ben came to Dogs Trust through no fault of his own and is excited to find his forever home! He is a super friendly boy who loves meeting people and making new friends! Ben can get excited and will jump up to say hello so any adopters will need to be comfortable with this. He could share his home with a dog, as long as they are up for a good playtime, pending successful meets at the centre. Ben will be best suited to a home where everyone is secondary school age upwards and are confident around bigger, bouncy dogs. Ben loves his people so much that he would really appreciate some company during the day until he can settle in to his new home.

Could you be Ben's perfect match?

Ben is a stunning 1-year-old Rough Collie x Retriever. As he's still young, Ben loves getting out and about for daily adventures and walks like a dream on lead. He hasn't been used to travelling in the car so does need some help building his confidence with this. He is a clever boy so we are sure he will thrive with patient adopters who are willing to help him with this. Ben has the sweetest personality and loves a fuss! He loves getting brushed, which he will need regularly to keep his beautiful coat under control. If you feel you have space on your sofa for this gorgeous boy, please submit and application and don't forget to "favourite" Ben!
